    Another week of eating on plan!

    3: carrots and hummus
    4: spaghetti and meatball bake from clean eating (ww pasta, homemade sauce, lean meatballs)

    exercise: 40 min. step, 2 miles on the treadmill?

  • Yesterday (on plan but not the best)
    B: 3 clementine (on the road)
    L: TRAFFIC - I would have eaten the cars if I could. Rest areas had nothing for me
    S: WW bagel and 1 tablespoon cream cheese (full fat), large iced coffee (splenda and creamer)
    D: 2 hot dogs, sauerkraut and mustard (no buns, Nathan's was the only thing open)

    TODAY
    B: 6 clementines
    L: 1/3 frozen WW pizza (burned it)

    I have to go food shopping eventually but I had a rough drive yesterday and slept in. Oye - not dying was the good part of the day!
