Vitamins

  • Out of curiousity has anyone found any vitamins on the market that are comparable to the IP ones but less expensive? I am almost out of the Multi and the Potassium one and before buying the IP ones I wanted to check around.

    Thanks!
  • I would suggest the women's formula One a Day for you, the cheapest I have seen them is Costco or Sam's Club, but both Wal-Mart and Amazon come close.
Instead of 60 for $25 you can get 250 for $13.
The Cal/Mags I got from Amazon for $9 for 300 and you only have to take 2 instead of 4.
The potassium is the only one I couldn't find a good replacement for, but that one lasts the longest, so 1 out of 3 isn't bad.
  • This is a question I also have. Any one else have an answer about vitamins that are all natural and proven like IPs?

I am looking on Amazon and was wondering what was the brand name of the cal/mags that you buy. Thanks for giving us the information.
