Just wondering.. they have come out with a no sugar added caramal sauce and strawberry sauce by smuckers..are we allowed these since they are sweetned with malitol and sucralose? or would i not be allowed the strawberry one , just the caramal one? was thinkin in terms of adding some to yougurt?

I'm not sure but I'd guess and say it depends a lot on what the ingredients are.

Porthardygurl, as a former Beacher, you know that we need all the ingredients. How about adding some sf Jello powder to yogurt if you need to change the taste?
