What's your favorite way to eat it?

I just got some artisana and I had 2T for "lunch" today with just a packet of truvia and a pinch of salt mixed in and it was so yummy! It also got me through the day with absolutely no hunger at all even though I didn't really have b'fast (just coffee with hwc).
