Help Me!!!

  • I'm at work now. I work at a late night grill. I'm the manager in the kitchen. The general rule is if you cook it for yourself, it's free. I'm surrounded by unbelievably delicious things, so delicious, I've already gone over my calorie limit for today. Onion rings, 40 calories each, pulled pork, 90 calories for 2 oz, turkey burgers, 260, and the best mozerella sticks on the planet, 70 calories a pop. I'm not hungry anymore. 3 mozerella sticks and a latte over my limit and I was full. But the eating felt so good, I want to eat more. I'm here for an hour and a half longer and I've lost control. STOP ME!!!

  • DONT DO IT! At some point you have to say NO and build a habit of control and resistance! Today I passed up a box of brownies and cookies at work because I DONT NEED IT! You have to start saying no someday!! Don't do it!! You are strong!!!
  • Bethedee....Your goal size will feel so much better then mozzarella sticks! Remember, the food doesn't control you, YOU ARE IN CONTROL!!!!

    Take it slow...I challenge you to stay away from the snacks for the next 30 minutes. After that, try 30 more....Soon you'll be on the way home!!! I BELIEVE IN YOU
  • I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who posted here... the runaway train was successfully halted (Has anyone seen Unstoppable?)!!! I did not eat a single calorie more afterwards. Not even one delicious mozz stick. And I picked up a couple water bottles which I will take home with me and drink in my celebration ^.^ Thanks guys! You are fantasticisimous!
