Hello there!
I have been battling my weight for the past 6 years now. My highest weight was 285. I have gotten down to 160 pounds but then shot back up to the weight I am now over a course of 3 years. I have never tried doing any kind of low-carb diet before as I use to be a vegetarian. A friend of mine encouraged me to try this diet because she has been so successful so I figured, "why not?"
I hope I have come to the right place. All I am really seeking is some diet banter and encouragement.
