First of all I love this forum. It has helped me a lot and I continue to read it about 1 hour daily.
I was wondering how much protein I should be eating. I think right now maybe 40grams daily. I read somewhere I should eat like over 100 grams. I weight 346 pounds and if I need to eat that much protein how do I get it all.
And does protein help you loosing weight or it that more for muscle building.
