  • Hi! I'm new here. I started trying to lose weight at the beginning of the year. I started at 253 and I'm down to 243. It feels like I have a million more to go. I have been doing Slim-Fast through the week and relaxing a bit more on the weekends. Does anyone have any good advice or encouragement? I really need it. Dumb question- I've noticed that most of you have a cute picture on the left with your name. How do you get one? I'm a computer novice. I'm surprised that I've made it this far. Thanks.
