OK, morning weight after my weekend away is 192.5, so the water weight from my strength workout last week is gone and I'm down further still. Yay! 2.6 lbs to go to reach my goal for the month, and I intend to get as much of that off this week as possible.
lene: Do keep pushing!! It is still possible to make your goal for the month, but even if you don't hit it remember that every pound lost now makes a difference and puts you closer to your ultimate goal!
nikkidee: Looks like you are making great progress!
boatingmommy: Interesting - I never realized that low blood pressure can make you colder (though it makes sense). Mine is only a little low, but boy, I am cold all the time, especially after dropping some of my insulating body fat. I feel for you!
LGW: It looks like your weight bounces around a lot, so try not to get too frustrated on those "up" days - the trend in your weight is clearly downward!!
