  • I broek throught my funky plateau and went down to my lowest yet, 144.5. Prepping for vacay and got my last big workout in. Thankfully I can still go to the Y while visiting family next week.

  • OK, morning weight after my weekend away is 192.5, so the water weight from my strength workout last week is gone and I'm down further still. Yay! 2.6 lbs to go to reach my goal for the month, and I intend to get as much of that off this week as possible.


    lene: Do keep pushing!! It is still possible to make your goal for the month, but even if you don't hit it remember that every pound lost now makes a difference and puts you closer to your ultimate goal!

    nikkidee: Looks like you are making great progress!

    boatingmommy: Interesting - I never realized that low blood pressure can make you colder (though it makes sense). Mine is only a little low, but boy, I am cold all the time, especially after dropping some of my insulating body fat. I feel for you!

    LGW: It looks like your weight bounces around a lot, so try not to get too frustrated on those "up" days - the trend in your weight is clearly downward!!

  • My scale has been holding steady since Monday - not a tenth of a pound up or down - and I'm really hoping for a drop tomorrow! I feel like my weight loss patterns have been weird since I started taking birth control last month, but it could just be that I'm still not exercising as much as I was before the surgery. Who knows. Still hoping to hit my August goal though, and I only have 1.5 weeks left to do it! (I leave on a business trip on Aug 27, and so have to take a final weight before I go) 3.7 lbs down and 2.6 lbs to go...

  • Hi ladies!!! I've been on vacation for the past 8 days, and I'm finally able to check in. :-)

    Today was my 100th day of my self-made 100-Day Challenge. I stayed OP the whole time and this morning, like fate, I FINALLY hit 30 pounds lost!!! I was hanging out at 28.5 forever.

  • Hey everybody ...

    Weighed in today at 265.4 ... so I'm almost at my August goal!! My SW was 275.5 and goal was 265 by August 31st. I needed to get it done early though because TOM will likely arrive by the end of this week and throw a monkey wrench into my plan.
