  • I am 5'9". I love being tall. I also love being thick. However, I want to be healthy and thick! So my goal weight is 160-175. I prefer 175. It just depends on how I feel once I reach 175. I weighed that in high school only because I have always been blessed with a big booty. Lol. I just wanna reach the point, where I can look in the mirror and smile. . What are your weight loss goals?

  • I'm about 5'9 and I'm in maintenance at, theoretically, 140 pounds. My original goal was 160, but I had some issues that affected me finding my maintenance calorie range, and lost an additional 20 before I got evened out.

    I'm 5'9" and currently 221 after a little bit of a backslide (my ticket doesn't reflect it - I won't change it until I'm losing again!)

    My short term goal is to get to 202 (no longer obese) and my long term goal is to be somewhere in the healthy BMI range. I've never been in it before, so I don't know what's going to feel/look right on me. Might be I'm fine at 169, might be I feel better at 160.

    I'm at goal and fluctuate between 149-151 on any given week. I'm happy at this weight, but want more muscles!

  • hey all! Im a hair under 5'10, im currently at 215, started at 295 and my goal is 150. i picked that number merely because it sounded good so i may raise or lower it based on how im feeling when i get there.
  • I'm 5'10 (and a quarter). I love being tall also. I have my profile goal as 150 but I'd really love to maintain between 130-135. My frame size is in the lower end of medium (just inside meduim) therefore I think I could do it.

    I'm also curvy, H boobs ATM (DD when I was smaller) and long legs. If I wasn't so big I'd have a bikini model body, which is part of my motivation.

    My goal is 150, but in highschool at 150, I remember thinking that I wasn't "fat', but I wouldn't get into a bikini either...so maybe this time around I'll focus on toning up while not jumping to the "maintaining" stage right away until I lose more weight or tone up more...whatever comes faster.=]
  • Hey ladies! I am 5'10" and currently 265 lbs (bleh) My goal for now is 200 but I think that might go down to 170..I like the ideas of being in the healthy BMI range and well.. I like the idea of saying my weight is 170.
  • 5'10 (plus a little bit) here. I am around 230 right now. Want to be under 200 and go from there with an ultimate goal being between 180 and 150. I am super curvy and want to keep as much boobie and booty as possible so I am not looking to get super lean, just healthier.
  • Hi! I'm 5'10, well, closer to 5'11...it does matter lol...and am currently at 184 this morning but waiting until official weigh to change ticker. My first goal is 174 (no longer overweight ). My final goal is 150 but at 184, I'm at a healthy bodyfat percentage 22.1% so idk if that's going to be possible. Though, with college sports out of the picture, atrophy is probably going to happen to some degree.
  • Hi there! So good to see a tall girl forum! I looove being tall but on the days I feel chubby I feel enourmous! A lot of my identity is being a giant lady. I don't know how I would feel slim and petite. I'm 5'10.5" tall and I would like to be 150. Anyone else have body issues related to being so tall?

    I know what you mean about having a model body, it is such a blessing to have this height.

    I'm pretty muscular with a medium frame, I'm hoping 150 isn't too little.
  • Hey tall ladies! I'm almost 6'2, and my goal is to be around 180. I haven't been this weight at this height ever. I think I was 180 when I was 5'10 and 12 years old, lol. I was around 210 or 215 when I was in basketball and track, freshman year of high school. At the time, I thought I was a huge monster, but looking back, I was pretty fit. I have a large frame, so I think I'll look pretty thin at 180. But we'll see how it goes when I get closer to that number!
  • I can totally relate to height/body issues. I have been 5'10 since 6th grade, been muscular and had 38dd boob wife then! I was an early bloomed but in middle school I was given the nickname Lurch! What a way to go through school! I'm mostly over it now but its hard sometimes to have friends comain of being "so big" when they are 160lbs. Maybe for their height they are overweight but 160lbs seems so tiny to me!
