Putting the mini goals in writing

  • So here I am at 269 and I am going to end up at 180.

    I like what has been said about the 10 pound mark and I like thinking about it in terms of dates and milestones.

    Mini goals:

    Aug 1st- 265

    Sept 1st- 255 (this is how much I thought I weighed when I got on the scale and saw 274-not a good day- never thought I would want to see 255)

    Oct 1st- 245 (I literally had to change wardrobes because none of my clothes fit anymore at this weight- but I will be that much closer to getting back in to them when I see this number again)

    Nov 1st- 235 (post baby- pretty good at this weight- clothes were tight)

    Dec 1st-225 (my pre baby weight Aug 2009)

    Jan 1st- 215

    Feb 1st- 200 (I know that is more than 10 lbs but I think by Feb1st I can hit this number minus a couple of pounds in the privious months)

    March 1st- 190 (what I weighed when I got married- awsome shape felt great- Aug 2002)

    April 1st- 180 (My freshman year of college- ran 5 miles a day to get there-Aug 1997) I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THAT NUMBER ON THE SCALE!!!!

    Streatch goal178- The only time I remember weighing myself in HS I never felt the need- This would be my body damn near perfect!

    I am going to journal, count calories, excersize and loose about 10 lbs a month- What do you think????
