  • Quote: ZooDoo[/B] I don't know if you mentioned it, but which movie did you see? DH was talking about going to the movies tomorrow.
I took my boy to see Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows Part 2. I'd seen all the others and wanted to finish the series out, but I didn't think it was as good as part one. I think I was a little tired of the series by the end.
  • I got that walk in, 3.2 miles. It helped my mood marginally. I also stopped at the store and bought some milk and am planning on an ice cold smoothie for tonight.

    Larry,
  • WOW! Everyone was so busy posting. I wish I hadn't waited all day to check in. I had my second on plan day in a row and that feels great. I want to go to bed before I get an urge to ruin it! I worked out today even though Sunday is my rest day- but just 30 minutes on a stairclimber. I climbed up 2 miles of stairs. WHEW! The scal was down to 170 this morning but those of you who know me- know I won't count it until it is there 2 days in a row!

Diana: I hope you had a wonderful birthday. You are such a special lady who has accomplished so much while inspiring others a long the way. You are very appreciated.

Jo: I have been thinking of you, too. How's the running going? Glad you are still doing well!

K9: Aren't you in an ICU? I am shocked you have so many patients. While my dad was in cardiac ICU it was 2 patients per nurse. Day after Day I marvelled at how hard the nurses worked. I have never seen ANYONE work as hard as those cardiac nurses worked. They never sat down. I have so much respect for them and you.

See you all in the morning... need to get to bed so I don't eat anything else!
  • Stacygee: great job on the weight loss
  • was a nice relaxing day at home in a nice clean house....son was over at his cousin's house all day...i went to the store a few times, got all the laundry put away and got the bills paid...DH and i went for a nice long walk all around one of the harbors in town and went for a drive...

calories are over today, ending at 1460 calories right now and 73 carbs....which is almost entirely due to the WONDERFUL cherries that i bought today (and ate alot of) and the fresh-caught salmon we made for dinner (which i ate alot of also)....cherries are a once a year treat for us, it's rare that the stores have them here for a tolerable price...

my SIL gave me a huge bag of rhubarb so i'm making ONE last trip to the store for what i need to bake it up tomorrow into something....mmmm
  • Hi Everyone! DH and I just got home from the movies. The last time we went to the movies was during the Christmas holiday. We saw Horrible Bosses. It was a pretty funny movie. There was a lot of language and some sexual innuendo type stuff. Nothing too bad, though. We both thought it was funny so that's something. I did eat some popcorn and some M & M's. I getting ready to figure out the damages.

Mama Hee Hee on the 21 and 16. Yep, haven't seen that in a while. I definitely don't feel 43, though. Sorry about the insomnia. I get that around TTOM time. Not fun at all. Congrats on the 2 pounds!

Jomatho Thank you for the Birthday Wishes! Great job on making good choices. That's what it's all about. The rest will fall in place. Sometimes it takes time.

Shishkeberry Thank you for the Birthday Wishes! Sorry about the binge. Most of that gain is probably water. It will pass and today/tomorrow is a new day.

Alaskanlaughter Congrats on the whoosh! Fingers crossed for you that all of it sticks!

Zoodoo Thank you for the Birthday Wishes! Great job on getting that walk in!

K9 I'm glad you had a break in your workload. We can appreciate those times when they come around.

Berry Your day sounds very nice.

    Jeniansmom Hi
