  • Last July 15th I weighed 215 pounds the day I had my daughter. Today I hit my goal weight of 135!!!!! I lost 80 pounds before my daughters first birthday and it feels amazing I went from a size 15/17 to mostly 5's and some 7's/XL and XXL shirts to XS/S

The before pics are from when I was around 185-190 pounds and the after's are from this morning at 135!!

I have no problem sharing My diet plan originally started out counting calories... around 1,300 ish/day. There was a point for a few weeks that they dropped low (on accident) but I brought them back up rather quickly. When I was being very strict, I was also limiting most "bad" foods. Just a couple weeks ago I changed things up and started the fast 5 way of eating. When I did that, I also upped my cals to 1,400/1,500 and nothing is untouchable as long as I'm in my range. This is the way I love to eat (larger meals rather than mini meals... plus I hate breakfast so forcing it into myself made my tummy hurt most mornings) and the weight is still dropping so for me it's working and I am no longer binging!

Exercise has been all over. I cannot stick with one thing! The only consistency- I exercise every morning within 30 min to an hour of waking up. The majority of my exercise has been with using video games. I own a Kinect and love playing dance central and EA Sports Active 2. I tried running- didn't like it. I went to the gym for a few weeks but didn't like that, either. I do add in 30 day shred quite a bit and occasionally Pilates for weight loss. For a couple months I was doing my exercise in the morning and home and then going for a 3-5 mile walk at night but it got too hot for that living in FL!

I guess what works for me is having nothing consistent apparently I change things up way too much!

Tummy- only looks good with clothes on Underneath the clothes- prime candidate for a tummy tuck lol. I have some loose skin and a little pouch but after two kids (I also have a 5.5 year old son) and being bigger for so long, it's something I've come to terms with. I may never wear a two piece but I am for once in my life for the most part happy with my body with clothes on!

Falling off the wagon- oooh yes! The time line kind of went like this- July 15- had my daughter. Beginning of August (3 weeks pp), started dieting and exercising. September through Jan-- off the wagon. Jan 4th- back on the wagon. I got sick at the end of Feb and used that as an excuse to stop till the beginning of April. In April is when I joined this site and the awesome ladies (and our awesome male friend, Resolute!!) over in Sarge's No Excuses Boot Camp thread helped me stay on track and didn't let me have tons of excuses when I'd have a slip up! They all rock
