Attack Of The Snacks!!!

  • For the past 4 days or so I've been lucky to eat 1400 calories (of my 1800 calories), but today I just want so much junk! I had to breakdown and have a bowl of cereal before dinner and had fried chicken wings (ugh!). I hate days like this.
  • Yeah, those days are the pits. They don't always happen for a reason either - sometimes on hungry days if I power through and behave I'll see a whoosh on the scale the next day, and on others I white-knuckle it going to bed at 7 pm and am rewarded with a gain.
  • i totally feel that way sometimes but maybe you feel this way because you "deprived" your body of the energy it feels that it needs so its making you want more.

    or the TOM?? i know my eating habits change DRASTICALLY when i start and end that stupid week! and i dont just snack more, i even eat HUGE-R meals!!
