Semiweekly Weigh Ins

  • Anyone else interested in weighing in twice a week? I can't do daily or I get ridiculously obsessed about it and start weighing myself multiple times a day. At the same time, I can't handle the suspense of going 1 week without verifying I'm on the right track.

    I think I'm going to go with Saturdays and Tuesdays. I work Tues-Sat, and I have a rough time keeping busy and not overeating on my days off. I definitely need to keep an eye on those days.

    But! For starting sake, here are my 2 for this week:

    Monday (5/23): 227 lbs
    Saturday (5/28): 223.4

    Difference: -3.6
