So I've been going to the gym 5x a week for about a month now. I couldn't go today because of some extenuating circumstances and so decided to go for a walk with my kids in the stroller instead. With the stroller, I used to be able to do 20 minute miles, about 2.5 miles max. Today I rocked 3.7 miles @ 15:30 min/mile!
All that cardio I've been doing at the gym (45-60 min/day) has paid off! I knew I'd been improving on the machines, but it was awesome to see an out-of-the-gym experience corroborate it.
