Okay im doing slimfast and have done it in the past.
the plan is 3 2 1
3 snacks fruit etc
2 shakes
1 main meal
I dont have a problem its been going fine however heres my dilema.
I have been taking my partner to work at 5am in the morning and by the time i get home im starving and been having a slimfast then going back to bed for a few hours.
So when i wake up thats when my day starts but i only have 1 shake left and 1 main meal to cover my whole day from about 9am
I have to have the slimfast in the morning other wise i wouldnt go back to sleep for hunger pains.
Do you think on days like this its okay to have 3 shakes and a main meal? or is that jus defeating the object. I just thought a slimfast would be better than getting sooo hungry and then gorging on something i shudnt
