I've been on this diet before, the first time I lost 14lbs.in the phase one 2wks./The second time I went on the beach,I lost 7pounds during p1. Then I tried WW,and started losing 1/4of a pound per wk. Couldn't affort the $ for that slow loss rate. Then I was diagnosed with HYPOTHYROID Diease,and that has slammed me to the wall.
This time (just ending today) I lost 2pounds! If there was ever a time I ever felt like just giving up,it is now. Don't expect miracles,but when I follow the plan correctly,I do expect better results. I'm really On top of that I've been going to the gym 2-3 times a wk.and walking almost every day. What's going on? This is no way to live..so focused on weight,and dieting,and feeling defeated. Thanks for listening..DH doesn't understand,he has no problem,and eats all the bread,sugar,potato's that I can't and stays slim. Should I go on some kind of starving diet next?
