I see there was another thread on Bean's but I didn't want to hijack it with another question :P
I am not a bean person at all, I will only ever eat the baked beans from the can and I know they are not the best for you. I really need to incorporate more fiber in my diet.
What bean do you recommend I try first? I HATE kidney beans, I think it is because of the texture (hard outside, soft inside).
