I decided to skip the last day because it just wasn't pushing me anymore. I also have to exercise earlier than I normally do tomorrow and go straight to work, so I didn't want to be freaking out and stressed because of the potential new level difficulty. I wanted to know what was store for me, basically.
I had ZERO energy this morning, though.. the first time that's happened since I've started the Shred. I probably should have slept longer but I wanted to set my alarm so I could get a crapton of homework done today. Anyway, I was surprised at how much I was dragging, but level 2 is a definite step up and like I said, I was pretty drained of all bodily energy. Jillian wasn't off base when she said "I WANT YOU TO FEEL LIKE YOU'RE GONNA DIE!"
Anyway, for the sake of measurements..
Starting:
Weight ~ 141
Abdomen ~ 37.5
Hips ~ 38.5
Thighs ~ 23
Waist ~ 31
Lower Belly ~ 38.5
Arm ~ 12
After 9 days of Level 1 and 1 day of Level 2, my stats are:
Weight ~ 140.7
Abdomen ~ 36 (Inch and a half loss!)
Waist ~ 30.5 (Half inch loss!)
Lower Belly ~ 37.5 (Inch loss!)
Arm ~ 11.5 (Half inch loss!)
And the rest are the same. So that's 3.5 inches less fat in 10 days!
Can't complain.
