inches lost !!

  • tomorrow is my weigh-in day....but today i took my measurements for the first time since two weeks ago when i first started using the Bar Method workout..i did the workout 6 times in two weeks for 45 minutes

    i don't think my loss is anything spectacular, of course i don't have anything to compare it too

    from my under bust measurement i lost 1.5"
    no loss in my bust
    1.5" loss in both upper arm measurements (3" total)
    no loss in calves
    no loss in thighs
    no loss in waist
    1" loss in hip measurement

    so a total of 5.5" loss in two weeks

  • that's not at bad at all of two weeks. i wish i would lose an inch in my arms already!. lol. keep up the good work!
  • thank you ! i'm excited to see how many more inches i could lose in the next two weeks....or if maybe i will lose some from my waist this time !

    i think the best exercise for me that i've done for my arms are backwards push ups where you are face up and lifting up using your arms behind you, hands facing forward

    i need to get some cardio going !
