22 lbs lost!

Hi everyone! Well I have lost 22 lbs. I am so happy and feel good. I am hoping to lose 20 more lbs by March. I will keep you updated.

Congratulations!

Somewhere around here there's a post detailing just how much weight that equates to. In your case( and mine), we have each lost a car tire.

How awesome is that!?
