So a little update!
I took what you all said and when my mom (in her true fashion) started talking about my "diet" to me as I was making my dinner, I took it as an opportunity to have a talk with her. I told her what I told you all and she started expressing genuine concern that I would keep losing and develop an eating disorder.
I composed a concise summary of calorie counting/maintaining and told her that, yes I'm still eating only healthy foods but I eat a lot of them. I let her know that this is not "a diet" in the sense of yo-yo restriction but its my healthy diet to accompany my healthy lifestyle.
Turns out she was just really worried that I would get out of control.
I feel a lot better about the situation, since she has kinda calmed down on the "diet" talk. I still feel weird about her comments regarding my body but thats kind of my moms way lol
