So in a few hours I will be doing my first 5K run/walk. It is unusually cold in Georgia lately and, as a result, it will be about 40 degrees when we start. So I went to Wal-mart to pick up some jogging pants and a fleece hoodie. For the first time EVER in my adult life, I picked up an XL...and it fits!!! Not a 2X...or a 3X...or even the dreaded 4X that I was in when I began this journey.
I've still got a long way to go, but this has literally made my year so far, LOL
