I bet you feel amazing. I have to say, your daughter in her before pic looks miserable. Now she looks just more than happy. It's so difficult to be an overweight teen. Boys tend to get away with it more (but are still teased) but for girls, its pure ****. Girls are unrelenting. I really admire you for seeing that there was a problem that needed changing and you went for it. You've reversed you and your kids' bad eating habits and inactivity and turned it into a positive thing. They will thank you so much later. If not now, lol!

How many calories did you eat every day and did you just walk and do toning exercises? I'm curious because i've been walking too for like an hour and a half a day at one time.

WOW!! You did it by counting calories only? No Atkins or Medifast or Nutrisystem or anything like that? You look amazing! Wow, I don't feel so hopeless anymore. Seriously, how did you keep track of counting calories?

I myself am new to this whole weight loss thing, but I have heard time and time again that those kinds of diets don't really work because once you lose the weight and stop the diet, you tend to regain, which is why calorie counting works so well, because it's an easy thing to continue to do and it's free, unlike programs like nutrisystem. Atkins is one of those diets that is a lifetime commitment as well, and many people swear by it, but it is a lifetime thing if you want to maintain.

In regards to counting calories, there are many online calorie tracking websites, including ones for your iPhone, iPad, blackberry, etc. They're worth checking into.

You look like a college girl in that last pic with your hubby! I am so proud of you. You are such a great motivator!
