Week 8 Challenge

    ***Challenge for BOTH teams***

    ✬✬✬You can include any workouts starting Sunday, December 12 to Sunday, December 19✬✬✬

    Beginners Challenge~ 35 Min. Cardio, 4 days/week

    Intermediate Challenge~ 50 Min. Cardio, 5 days/week

    Try Something New Challenge~ JUMP! If you have a trampoline, spend at least 3-5 minutes bouncing on it (great for commercial breaks if you're a TV hound). No trampoline, just jump (3-5 minutes)!

    Walkers/Joggers/Runners Challenge~ Add sprints, whether that means a full out run, faster jog, or speed walking, try adding some more speed to your daily routine!

    Note: The Try Something New and Walk/Jog/Run Challenges are from Week 5. Please suggest a new one if you'd like... Thanks!

    1) 12/13- 25 min zumba (morning), 40 min zumba (afternoon)
    2) 12/14- 50 min zumba
    3) 12/15- 50 min zumba
    4) 12/16- 30 min kickbox bootcamp (buns & thighs, arm & shoulder, abs), 20 min dance central
    5) 12/17- 50 min kickbox bootcamp (basic training, buns & thighs, arms & shoulders, fat burning blast, abs)
