  • i've been doing well with c25k this week, hit 4/4 running days! tomorrow will be 5 !
    i've never done that much running/walking for 5 days straight, and i feel the difference. i'll weigh myself tomorrow to check in, but my official weigh in day is sunday for weightwatchers. i'm hoping to be at 226...i dunno if i'll make my v-day goal, but i'm gonna P-U-S-H!

    although i feel incredibly bloated after making pilaf from a boxed mix...drinking lots of water!!!lol

    Made my V Day goal 2 ish weeks early!! I think the ultimate goal is still out of reach, but I think maybe I could be at 63kg / 138.8 pounds... Guess I'll see!

    I am changing my goal to something more realistic. I wanted to be in Onederland by Valentines Day, but I have not been eating and exercising very well for the past couple of weeks and there is no way I can drop 9 pounds in two weeks.

    But you know what? I don't really care that I am not going to be in the 100s by then. Why? Because I look and feel great. I haven't been this small since my junior year of high school. I have accomplished so much and I will be damned if I let a small bump in this journey get me down.
