November 13-21

  • Okay so out of the 220's. Currently 218.

    I have one day left of work and then we have a week off for a religious holiday. DIFFICULT. When I am running around like a mad woman it's easier to stay on target, but working from home during the break will be more difficult in terms of mindless eating. I am headed home to states in about a month and all my evil (but beloved) beautiful people await me. I was 206 when I went home last and all I need is 'oh you gained a little weight in the last year' looks.

    So lets set an ambitious goal 214 before I go back to work on the 21st.

    ALSO, I will do at least one pilates dvd every day I am home. They're only 30 min so its the least I can do.

  • I think that is a reasonable goal, or you will get very close! Just remember how badly you don't want to see those looks when you come back to the states, and hopefully it will stop you from any overeating or "bad" eating while on holiday!
