With Splenda - a cup of Splenda is 100 calories and a cup of sugar is 400. But even with sugar thats pretty low cal and you may not even need a whole cup.
I found a chocolate recipe online too so I'll try that.
Heres the basic recipe:
1 box diet jello powder (any flavor) (40 calories)
6 egg whites (or 12 tbs egg beaters whites) (150 calories)
1 cup splenda (100 calories)
** it also had 1/4 tsp cream of tartar and 1/4 tsp salt - I used that yesterday and it was nasty - really salty and I could taste the cream of tartar so I'm going to try it without.

Mix the jello & splenda in a bowl. Beat the whites with an electric mixer until they start to stiffen, then add the jello/Splenda mixture a tablespoon at a time. Beat until you have really stiff peaks.

Put 2 tbs mounds (or you can pipe it) on a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 250 degrees for 1.5 hours. Turn off oven and prop open oven door with a wooden spoon, let cookies stay in the oven until cool.
Makes approx 25.

I wonder if you can freeze these??? I'd never be able to eat just 1-2. LOL

One of the recipes said you can freeze up to 3 weeks.

Ok so last night - OMG - epic failure.
I decide to do chocolate. Start whipping the egg whites,
didn't do the salt & cream of tartar. I start adding the
Splenda & cocoa and it liquefies. Ugh. So I thought I have
to do something with this I used expensive cocoa. So I start
chucking flour into it until I have a brownie consistency, throw
it in a loaf pan and bake it. OMG - I think if I threw it on the floor
it would have bounced and hit my vaulted ceiling. It had the
consistency of super firm tofu - GROSS!!!!! Next try will be the
original recipe with the jello. I will get this lol.

I think those 100 calorie cookie packs have just enough cookies in them to piss me off! LOL

Yeah I can't buy those because I want like three 100 cal packs!!!!
