Hi everyone. I am new to this website and I hope I'm doing this right!
I have been overweight/obese my entire life, and in July I stepped on the scale out of curiosity and found that I was almost 400 pounds. 389 to be exact. I know how this happened, but I don't know why I let this happen. I started by counting calories and I've lost 45 pounds in eleven weeks. Counting calories is confusing. I never know how many calories I should be eating, so I have decided to go back to WW where I have always had success. This time...I am bound and determined to lose for good. I hope it's ok to post here and get advice/support.
