Thanks! I need it. On my second week with Medifast. I am committing for at least a month. I could really use a jumpstart on this weight loss. I've been exercising, and for some reason all I feel like doing are things that require no thought. I'll definitely be around for twenty days.

Announcements has a sticky about tickers. You have to be a member 20 days with 20 posts before you get a weight loss ticker.
