I've been dieting for exactly a month now and I've come to realize...
I gain weight when I eat 1200 calories or more.
Is that normal??
I'm not really active, I walk at least 30 minutes every day though.
When I eat less than 800 calories, that's when I start to lose weight, and I'm not talking about drastic weight loss, just like, 2 lbs a week.
I thought 1200 calories was a good number to eat at, but the pounds pile on when I do that. I was at 10 lbs down when I was doing the 800 or less and now I'm only 7 lbs down and I've been stuck at this. Haven't lost any more weight.
Is that normal? Does anyone else experience this problem?
I'm 5'5'' and currently 187 lbs.
