Food Journal, Week 2

  • Breakfast:
    1 stick lowfat string cheese
    1 cup Kashi cereal (dry)

    1 meatless breakfast patty
    1 onion bagel w/ff cream cheese & salt & pepper

    1 grapefruit, peeled & eaten like an orange
    1 can cherry LaCroix

    1 bowl chicken gumbo
    4 multigrain crackers
    1 spinach tortilla filled w/lowfat pastrami & lowfat mozzarella
    2 oatmeal raisin cookies

    1 can diet coke
    1 small bag cheetos

    1 pb/cc cookie
    1 bowl veggie soup
    1 garlic roll
  • Breakfast:

    2 meatless breakfast patties
    1 onion bagel w/ff cream cheese

    and now it's lunchtime and I am not that hungry. I'm eating my grapefruit from my am snack. Maybe my body can sense I'm going to the movies after work?
