As soon as I get to my goal I stay for awhile and then I start eating all wrong again. Carbs are my downfall. Keeping it off is my problem. When I'm down to my goal I have such a high self image. When I'm heavy I have very low self esteem. Every time I gain my weight back I have to go back on depression meds. blood pressure meds, diabetes meds and cholesterol meds.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I hope I will change my eating habits for good this time. I just have to treat sweets and flour products as the start of weight gain again and the vicious cycle will begin again and the severe depression will begin again.
