I started the South Beach diet yesterday and was wondering if you can go over the two recommended snacks?? or is this bad??

Eat when hungry on Phase I. Try to include protein and veggies with snacks. I ate every 3 hours or so. Three main meal, three snacks, or however suits you. Keeps your blood sugar on an even keel.
