Week 1 Challenge (All Teams)

3 Days of Cardio, 30 minutes minimum. Post as you complete each day!

*EDIT* Due to the fact that Week 1 totals 11 days as we started these threads a lil early, I won't change the challenge, but do "challenge" everyone to get at least 5 days of cardio in instead of 3!
