I need to weigh in at lunch today and forgot my book at home! I know the site will have my regular card that they keep, but can they weigh me without my book this week and just update it next?

I was able to weigh in one week without my book. They gave me a sticker (with that days weigh in info) to put in my book and all was good.

Yes they will weigh you without the book - I got the sticker for my book. It was not a pretty weigh in, but I expected it, my grandma passed away last week and between travel and funeral "comfort" food, I got what I deserved!
