I ate it

  • ate a McDonalds egg & chz mcmuffin and med Sprite, muffin was not as good as I remembered, dumped half the Sprite out...

    lunch at Subway today (no more soda, met my quote for the month)

    then walking this afternoon at the gym

  • ? Enough said? I'm not sure I understand if you think this is a good thing or a bad thing. Just because the name "McDonalds" implies obesity doesn't mean it's that bad. The egg mcmuffin, actually, is commonly regarded as one of the best quick breakfasts you can buy.

    (It only has about 300 calories and has plenty of protein)
  • Yeah for me McDonalds does represent bad eating habits. When I decided to start eating healthier I cleaned my car out and there was TEN McDonald bags for me to toss just from that week. Today was my reward day and so I am back on the wagon tomorrow. I did end up walking about 4 miles today to help stave off any damage

  • I think you can be proud of yourself that you ate really well even though you ate out. It should be nice to know that even if you have no choice but to eat out, you can make good choices.
