Legal Pizza!!


  • I used this recipe all the time when I was on the Atkins diet and still do on Sugar busters...

    Legal Pizza
    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 jar of pizza sauce (Ragu)
    2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheeese
    1 can mushrooms ( if you wish)
    1 small can of black olives If you wish)

    Brown the ground beef and drain, stir in the pizza sauce and place into a baking dish, place cheese and toppings on it and bake at 375 till the cheese is a golden brown, and enjoy!!
