Good morning all! Aw, what a difference a day makes, lol. I feel MUCH better today. Still very tired...this morning was the second day in a row where I woke up at 1:00 a.m. and couldn't really get back to sleep. I at least did doze off a few times last night, but it wasn't a very sound sleep. Still, I feel tons better than yesterday!
And, all that water retention weight went away, so I'm back down to my low again. I'm hoping to break the 147 mark this week.
I did not read the Beck book, but I did pull out a larger journal and have started a better journalling system. I wrote down everything I ate, every supplement I took, how I was feeling, lack of sleep, etc., etc., lol.
I was well within my WW points, so I'm starting the week well, lol. I was able to do another Walk It Out session of 30 minutes, so that made two 30 minute sessions. Today is a rest day because of usual Saturday schedule.

I have tried a neti pot in the past, but I have fairly small nasal passages and the water actually gets trapped up there, lol. I have not tried onion juice though, lol. I'm not sure I can actually get it IN my ear, lol. Fortunately, the pain is gone.
