Ok, so I'm new here and I just wanted to meet some other 20-somethings. I noticed other posts weren't like this but I didn't really know how to get started so I though I'd just try this. lol Anyways, my name is Shanda and I'm 23. I started my weight loss journey on June 16, 2010 at 238 and now I'm at 232. I've been on diets before and did much better than that in the same amount of time but I did it with the help of diet pills and I didn't want to do that this time. I can't wait to get to Onederland! I think that's just a cool name lol
My goal weight is 150. I can't even remember the last time I weight that... obviously middle school because in high school I stayed around 170. I thought 170 was huge back then but I look at the old pics and I wasn't as big as I saw myself in the mirror. My friends and I would go on diets together and my best friend lost alot of weight. I didn't know at the time but it turns out, she was throwing up. I almost resorted to that as well because I just felt so fat and ugly, but I didn't
