Annnnnnnd..... THERE it is. Ahhhhh.

  • I made it! I'm at 199. I was stalled for so long, it was too frustrating. I finally admitted that I really needed to adjust my portions and food habits, that exercise wasn't going to make up for a bad diet. So I got militant and it sucked, but apparently it worked, I dropped the final 6 to my first destination. Now to keep it going in that direction. The big challenge will be to not gain when I go home to Chicago for a month-long visit with all the FOOD that I miss so much and all the restaurants my friends insist we visit "since I'm home and it's a special occasion."

  • Congrats NHW! Feels great to cross over that 200lb threshold - I can't wait to see it myself!

    Good luck on your trip. It certainly won't be easy, but make sure you know what you are ok with and what you aren't and stick to it (if you really want a slice of pizza because you miss it dearly, don't make it 4 slices). Above all, have fun!!
