I made it! I'm at 199. I was stalled for so long, it was too frustrating. I finally admitted that I really needed to adjust my portions and food habits, that exercise wasn't going to make up for a bad diet. So I got militant and it sucked, but apparently it worked, I dropped the final 6 to my first destination. Now to keep it going in that direction. The big challenge will be to not gain when I go home to Chicago for a month-long visit with all the FOOD that I miss so much and all the restaurants my friends insist we visit "since I'm home and it's a special occasion."
