Lost almost 2 pounds this week but I'm not sure if what I lost was all water or what. My a/c broke and it's been extremely hot for the past month, at nights it's like 85 degrees but it feels like 90. I cook all of my meals and sweating up a storm while trying to cook has been absolute ****! I'm very tired because it's really hard for me to go to sleep when it's hot.
Hopefully everything is fixed this weekend. I really can't live like this.
Maybe because I was really miserable, last week was a whole bunch of sweets and candy. Although the oatmeal cookie recipe I have from this site is awesome and only one point a piece: http://www.delish.com/recipefinder/c...0308?FORM=BING
But I think I did a lot more exercise than usual last week so it all balanced out.
Oh and I hit my 5% goal! Blistering heat aside, I definitely feel and see the effects of this! 10% is next...hopefully it'll be as easy as the first 5%
