    My goal is be at 127 be the end.
    I can have no more than 4 day off whit out no WI .
    I realy want to see 120' s .

  • I'm in! I'm trying to get as close to 130 as possible by the end of this month.
    If I get below 134, I'm in the "normal" BMI range (i'm 5'1.5"
    If I get below 132, it's the weigth I started college with
    If I get below 130, it's the lowest weight I've seen before high school.

    10 pounds. I can do at least 10 pounds in June! I am on a mission to make up for the miserable month of May. I'm aiming for a more inspiring head start on this weight loss thing.

    Aiming for:
    - at least 15 workouts (ambitious, as I'm on holiday for 7 days)

    Also going to try an eliminate (or strictly minimize) a few things I feel are holding me back. Namely:
    - cheese (goodbye, my love - haha)
    - carbs (not the whole wheat, just the white stuff)
    - alcohol (damn you, patio weather)
    - eating after dinner (after 6-7 pm)

    I'm so motivated right now I feel like I can lose 5 pounds this week!
  • Below 180 by end of June!!! That is my goal. And some form of exercise/movement 6/7 days.

    Can't wait to get started! I love this daily weigh-in. All the weight loss guru's say not to do that, but it keeps me motivated!
  • I hope to be in the low 160s/high 150s by the end of June. I am currently at 179.4 lbs as of today. I will post tomorrow what my starting weight for June is.
  • I just want to try and lose 5lbs to get back to 150lbs by the end of June :/ I have been gaining recently so I don't think I could lose more than 1lb a week...I'm so pessimistic lol. I'll have to post my start weight in the morning...see if going to the gym AND running today has made any difference!

  • I'm with you ladies again this month. Last month was my first time weighing in every day. I was worried I'd get discouraged and too obsessed with the number on the scale, but I think it really helped me stay accountable. I mean, there were hard periods, but continuing to weigh in every day I got to see that they do pass as long as I continue doing what I know is good for me! Instead of becoming obsessed with the scale, I feel a little bit freer. I'm sure some of you understand what I'm talking about!

    Anyhoo, let's do it again this month! I will post my CW and GW for the month tomorrow.

    Am so in.
    Want to be at my goal by 12th June, and to maintain it until my graduation on 26th June. Hopefully weighing in every day will help me maintain.

    Sounds easy enough but everyone has finished exams which means booze and eating out. But I will try and be strong and have fun sober. Lol.
