    During the month of may I was struggling to really get my numbers down, so this month losing weight is more crucial and going to be a focus of mine. I want to get as close to 160 as possible, and right now I know I have a few lbs of water weight so I think its possible. We'll see!

  • Well I told myself all last month I was going to join in this thread starting June so here I am! I have been weighing almost daily anyways but I like to think that putting it down makes it more official.

    Goal - 230s by July..if I reach the 230s in June I will shoot for 10 lb loss by July.
