Logically I'm telling myself as I'm walking towards the cabinet, "You don't need this, it's just going to tack on empty calories, etc." But then I'll eat one piece, then another, and another. They are miniture candies but it still bothers me that I couldn't control my cravings.
What do you do when your whole body screams to have something but your mind says don't do it? What usually helps you?
The one thing that has helped is I just go to bed early, but today I had this craving in the afternoon. By the way my husband was the one who bought the jumbo bag of candy...gah...
