Primal Law#4 Lift heavy things

  • Short intense sessions of multiple body part resistance exercises. WRT muscle strength, bone density ...

    A couple of the practical applications I learned right here at 3FC are Crossfit and Tabata.
  • I love lifting heavy ... Lift heavy or go home
  • Plus, it's fun!
  • I like lifting too! However ... I don't like a routine. When I feel like lifting, I like to look up a body part and do it. But I run out of "want to" after 15 or 20 minutes.

    Fortunately, that happens a couple of times a week.

    I feel pretty good for an old gal. I'm certainly strong enough for my work and for tossing my granddaughter around on a bouncy pad
