I had my second WI this evening and only lost 1.2#, but 4 more inches. She thought eating the ham that had been injected likely had an impact on my loss. Also I lost 7.6 my first week, so my lower second week wasn't surprising.
I too think that the mental aspect of losing weight is the most important. If your mind is right, everything else will fall in place. The alternate is true also, that if you mind isn't in it, the plan won't work. I cleaned my house out of all the foods that I knew would tempt me and I don't watch the food channel or my magazines that have food articles in them.
This really is a lifestyle, because to keep the weight off, my diet will always have to be modified from what it was in the past.

What plan do you know otherwise where you would consistently lose that much weight?
