Hi ladies, I'm a newbie and I usually wait a while before i start posting but i had to share my mini goal. I just recently joined this site and last week i started weight watchers for the first time. I'm not going in and being weighed or doing the group meetings or anything. Just taking advantage of my high tech phone that has a WW app on it. Anyway my first week and i've already lost 5lbs. I'm super excited and this makes me want to work even harder! 40 more lbs to go!!

Question..What does NSV mean?

5 pounds - that's great! WW really does work. Your post makes me want to get a cool phone just so I can get the WW app!
