Hi all....long time!
Was down with an illness that I've been dealing with for 4 years and getting back up and around. Baby steps. Dragged the Wii out and have been doing light belly dancing drills to get back some stamina. Still wissfully eyeing my skates in the closet, but I'm able to drum 40 minutes. Looking forward to playing out a show next month hopefully. Not proud of how I will look onstage though
